We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as:
Rental Reservation Agent
📍 Office-based in Victoria, Gozo
Job Requirements
- Must reside in Gozo
- Valid working permit
- Previous customer service experience
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of another language is considered an asset)
- Experience in the hospitality or transport industry is preferred
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and handle enquiries in a professional manner
- Promote and sell the company’s services
- Manage bookings using reservation software (data entry and updates)
- Prepare rental agreements and vehicle documentation
- Explain rental terms, charges, and report vehicle damages
- Handle phone and email correspondence efficiently
✔ Full training will be provided.
Working Hours
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Year-round position (not seasonal)
- Morning hours, spread over 4 or 5 days (flexible schedule)
- Additional hours may be required during peak tourist season
Salary
